Monthly or yearly — what's the difference?
The same plan, billed differently. Yearly is charged at 10 months for 12, so you get 2 months free for paying up front. Monthly keeps things flexible if your hiring comes in waves.
Do my monthly allowances roll over?
Contacts, invitations and assessments start fresh each month. The monthly Boost 3 job ads carry over: unused ones bank up to 2 on Mustakbil Pro and 4 on Mustakbil Pro Plus, and a Boost 3 you bought yourself never expires. If your team needs more contacts every month, Mustakbil Pro Plus carries 1,000 a month.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Turn off renewal from your account whenever you like and the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Your jobs, applicants and history stay exactly where they are; you simply go back to free posting and its AI preview.
Can I move from Pro to Pro Plus?
Yes, at any time. The unused part of the Pro period you have paid for comes off the first Pro Plus payment, Pro ends and Pro Plus starts the moment it is paid, and it renews at the full Pro Plus price. A yearly Pro moves to yearly Pro Plus.
Do I still need to buy Boost packages?
Only when more roles need homepage reach than your monthly Boost 3 job ads cover. You can buy an extra Boost at any time on top of the plan — and on Mustakbil Pro Plus every extra Boost is 20% off.
How do team seats work?
Mustakbil Pro gives the account 3 logins in total and Mustakbil Pro Plus gives 5, each with their own permissions. Notes, ratings and decisions land in one shared pipeline, so nobody re-reads the same CV and nobody shares a password.
How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?
By debit or credit card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, renewed automatically until you turn renewal off. Every order has an invoice you can download, you can download a quote before you pay if someone needs to approve it, and the prices shown include tax.
