What you’ll be doing
Yooshin Engineering Corporation, a South Korean engineering consulting firm established in 1966, is seeking Project Managers and Team Leaders for infrastructure assignments in Kyrgyz-Kyshtak, Kyrgyzstan. The company delivers planning, design, engineering, and construction support for roads, highways, railways, airports, ports, bridges, tunnels, environmental works, and water resources projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and support the timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
- Plan and manage project activities from inception through design, implementation, and closeout.
- Lead engineers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders across technical disciplines.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, quality standards, risks, procurement, and construction progress.
- Review technical documents, designs, reports, drawings, specifications, and project deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, government authorities, contractors, and local partners.
- Resolve technical and operational issues and maintain clear project documentation.
- Promote health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance throughout project execution.
What we’re looking for
- Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management skills for civil infrastructure projects.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across roads, bridges, railways, water, environmental, or related engineering works.
- Ability to review designs, technical specifications, drawings, progress reports, contracts, and quality documentation.
- Proficiency with project management tools and standard engineering documentation practices.
- Competence in risk identification, change control, progress monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of construction quality, health and safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work effectively with international consultants, contractors, clients, and public-sector authorities.
