Yooshin Engineering Corporation, a South Korean engineering consulting firm, is seeking Structural Engineers for infrastructure projects in Kyrgyz-Kyshtak, Kyrgyzstan. The company delivers planning, design, engineering, and construction services for roads, highways, railways, airports, ports, bridges, tunnels, environmental projects, and water resources.
The successful candidates will contribute to the structural design and technical delivery of civil infrastructure projects while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.

- Develop and review structural designs, calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports for bridges, tunnels, buildings, and related infrastructure.
- Assess structural materials, loads, constructability, durability, and performance throughout project stages.
- Coordinate with civil, geotechnical, transportation, and construction specialists to resolve technical interfaces.
- Review contractor submissions, respond to technical queries, and support site inspections and construction supervision when required.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation and contribute to quality assurance, risk management, and schedule control.
What we’re looking for
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, analysis methods, reinforced concrete, steel, and foundation-related design considerations.
- Experience preparing structural calculations, drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and engineering reports.
- Proficiency with structural analysis and design software, CAD tools, and standard office applications.
- Ability to interpret technical standards, codes, geotechnical information, survey data, and construction documentation.
- Practical understanding of bridge, tunnel, transportation, or major civil infrastructure design and construction.
- Strong coordination, technical writing, problem-solving, and document-control abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international project teams and communicate technical matters clearly.
- Commitment to engineering quality, safety, ethical practice, and project deadlines.
